Delivery & Ordering
When will I receive my order?
Manufacturing, processing, and shipping items requires a maximum of 10 to 16 business days for our team. We do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

How much does delivery cost?
We ship our items worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity required, and all our deliveries are completely free (excluding overseas territories).
My order is not complete
Did you order multiple items? These may have been shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.
I have not received my order
Having trouble with the Post Office? Is your package lost or damaged? We offer to handle disputes for you with our secure delivery service. Your satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier and leave you to "fight for yourself." We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Yes, as long as your order is not “ processing .”
Can I cancel my order?
You can absolutely cancel your order! If it's already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.
I wish to return an item
We only accept returns in the event of a proven product defect.
Our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before each shipment. However, if your items have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the item in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
